For users in Switzerland and the EEA, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

We do not publish your career stories, CV, or positioning outputs publicly. Processors are bound by data processing agreements and access your data solely to provide the contracted service.
6. International Transfers
Some processors may be located outside Switzerland and the EEA. Where this occurs, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses and only transfer data necessary to provide the Service.
7. Security Practices
We apply industry-standard measures to safeguard your information, including encrypted data transmission (TLS), restricted access controls, and segregation of payment data (handled by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS compliant). Account access is authenticated, and administrative access is limited to authorised personnel.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach occurs that is likely to result in a risk to your rights, we will notify you and the competent authority without undue delay, in accordance with applicable law.
8. Data Retention
We retain your account and career content for as long as your account is active. If you close your account or request deletion, we will delete your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law (for example, accounting records). Payment records are retained for the period required by applicable tax and accounting law.

11. Children's Privacy
The Service is intended for professionals and is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
